1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GhostAudit (the "Service"). GhostAudit is a security auditing and risk analysis tool designed specifically for Stripe accounts.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

GhostAudit provides users with:

  • Security configuration scans based on Stripe transaction history.
  • "Ghost Transaction" risk assessments.
  • Custom Stripe Radar defense rule recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Security

  1. Account Creation: You need to sign in via Google or email to access PRO features.
  2. Stripe Key Usage:
    • You must only provide Restricted Read-Only Keys (rk_live_...).
    • You are solely responsible for the security and permission settings of any keys you provide.
    • We strongly recommend that you revoke the key in your Stripe dashboard at any time after the scan is complete.

4. Scheduled Scanning Feature (PRO only)

  1. Automation: By enabling the "Scheduled Scan" feature, you authorize GhostAudit to automatically access your Stripe account at your configured frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) using the provided Restricted Key.
  2. Encrypted Storage: To facilitate scheduled scans, your Stripe Restricted Key will be stored in an encrypted format using AES-256-GCM encryption. We do not store keys in plain text.
  3. Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the validity of the Restricted Key and the accuracy of the email addresses configured to receive reports. You may disable or modify the scheduled scan at any time through your dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through GhostAudit, including but not limited to code, interface design, audit logic, and brand logos, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner is ghostaudit.io.

6. Pricing and Refunds

  1. PRO License: PRO licenses are available as a one-time payment (Lifetime Access) or subscription-based, as specified on the purchase page.
  2. Refund Policy: Since the Service provides digital information and analysis results, refunds are generally not provided once a full scan has been executed and an audit report has been generated. If you encounter technical issues that prevent a scan from completing, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. Not Professional Advice: Audit reports provided by GhostAudit are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or security advice. We do not guarantee that this tool will 100% eliminate all fraud risks on your Stripe account.
  2. Third-Party Dependency: Our service relies on the Stripe API. If Stripe services are interrupted or the API changes, it may affect the functionality of our Service.
  3. "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy of the audit results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostAudit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or Stripe account suspension) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
